Interactive Table Guide
This table allows you to explore, filter, sort, and export the vOTUs identified in this sample.
- Sorting: Click any column header to sort the data.
- Filtering: Click the small triangle in a column header to open the filter menu. You
can filter by condition or by specific values.
- Export Selected Fasta: Select one or more rows (hold Ctrl/Cmd + click) and then
click this button to download their sequences.
- Export All Fasta: Downloads the sequences for all rows currently visible in the
table. If you apply a filter, it will export only the filtered results.
- Download as CSV: Exports the currently visible data (respecting filters) to a CSV
file.
